Step 2:-Diver contacts the instructor and arranges provisional course dates, (these
will normally be approximately two months ahead)

Step 3:- The instructor then informs Closed Circuit Research of diver's name, course
dates and location and where he wishes to take delivery of the Ouroboros

Step 4:- Diver contacts Linda by e-mail at accounts@vr3.co.uk to obtain Payment
Instructions, Terms & Conditions of Sale and copy of the Ouroboros Manual

Step 5:- Diver follows Payment Instructions, places an order with Linda and makes a
deposit

Step 6:-
When the deposit is received,

a) diver is allocated a rebreather in the Production Schedule and the
Instructor is informed of the date of delivery. (At this point course dates
can be confirmed.)

b) diver receives a Statement showing deposit received, balance due and
balance due date, (balance will normally be due two weeks before the start
of the course.)

Step 7:- Two weeks before the course diver receives a reminder of the balance due,
including any shipping costs and any spares/accessories ordered.

Final step:- Diver must make final payment in full before the Ouroboros is shipped to the
instructor.
